Terms of Service

Verbotix provides generative-engine optimization (GEO) insights: we crawl publicly reachable business websites (with your input), ask buyer-intent questions of third-party AI platforms, and show scores, reports, and recommended fixes.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use via Contact.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

Audits are informational. AI platform answers change over time; scores and recommendations are estimates based on the data we can collect when a job runs. We do not guarantee ranking, mentions, citations, revenue, or specific outcomes on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or any other system.

Anonymous preview/scan flows may create temporary audit records. After you sign in, you may claim an audit so it appears in your dashboard, subject to our ownership rules.

You represent that you have the right to submit URLs, business details, and other content you provide. You grant Verbotix a limited license to process that material solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service (crawl, extract, measure, store reports, provide support).

Do not submit unlawful content, secrets you are not authorized to share, or URLs you are not permitted to analyze.

To deliver audits we call third-party providers (for example OpenAI, Perplexity, Google Gemini, Fireworks, Anthropic, and hosting/email vendors). Their terms and availability apply to those calls. We are not responsible for outages, model changes, or content generated by those systems.

You agree not to:

• Abuse rate limits, automate account creation to evade quotas, or attack the Service
• Attempt to access another customer's audits or data
• Use the Service to violate law, privacy rights, or third-party terms
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as we expressly allow
• Submit malware or attempt to probe private networks via our crawlers

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service and other users.

Current access may be free, invite-only, or paid depending on your plan. Paid terms, if any, will be presented at checkout or in an order form. Unused quotas do not roll over unless stated.

Verbotix, its software, branding, and report layouts are owned by us or our licensors. Your underlying business content remains yours. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERBOTIX AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
